The following fee has been approved by the City of Rocky Mount and it applies to Rocky Mount Athletic Stadium at the Rocky Mount Sports Complex Special Event Permit Applications:
In addition to the permit application fee, you may be assessed other city permit fees, department rates and fees, costs and fees associated with personnel or resources provided to your event by a city department, program or division.

In the event of inclement weather, cancellation or any unforeseen occurrences, the renter will be issued a rain check for use of the field(s) at a later date. No refunds will be issued.
Requests to host tournaments will be considered on an individual basis, with contracts negotiated according to the needs of each tournament. Please contact 252-467-6483 for more information. Tournaments are booked 1 year in advance.
The Rocky Mount Sports Complex reserves the right to close fields as needed to ensure proper playing surfaces throughout the year. The Sports Complex fields are closed the months of December, January, and February.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: 100% refund if the Parks and Recreation Department cancels the event reservation. 85% refund less the non-refundable fee if the customer cancels the event reservation at least 30 days prior to the event date. No refund if the customer cancels the event less than 30 days in advance of the event date, or if customer fails to abide by contract; ex: failure to secure proper permits or security.
